1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Soundifferent, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Soundifferent for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• • Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the service
• • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• • Transfer the materials to another person or 'mirror' the materials on any other server

3. User Content and Responsibility

You are responsible for all content you generate using Soundifferent. You warrant that you have the legal right to provide any musical prompts and that the resulting content does not violate any laws or third-party rights, including copyright and intellectual property laws.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Soundifferent to:

• • Generate content that mimics specific artists without authorization
• • Create content intended to deceive, defraud, or harm
• • Create defamatory or harassing audio content
• • Infringe on intellectual property rights or violate privacy
• • Attempt to circumvent payment or credit systems
• • Use the service for illegal purposes

5. Credit System and Payments

Credits purchased on Soundifferent are non-refundable except where required by law. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and payment information. You agree to pay all charges incurred through your account.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The materials on Soundifferent are provided 'as is'. Soundifferent makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Soundifferent or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use materials on the service, even if Soundifferent or an authorized representative has been notified verbally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

8. Limitations on Use

Soundifferent reserves the right to limit your access to the service at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms. We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if we suspect misuse.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

The content and materials on Soundifferent, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Soundifferent or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.

10. Modifications to Terms

Soundifferent may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this service, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
